Feeding Himself
One of the most awesome (and messy) things to have happened around our house lately is that Connor is beginning to feed himself with a spoon. The spoon has proven to be trickier than a fork, since it is rounded and food tends to fly off a spoon more quickly and easily than a fork. But his teachers have been working with all the toddlers, and I think he's starting to get it.

Connor's First Birthday Party
Although it was raining, we were able to squeeze all of our guests into our house to have a birthday brunch for Connor. He was sleeping when his guests arrived, and he made a very good transition into the crowd once he woke up. He loved having all the kids and people around. Here are some pictures from his big day.
